Robert Allen Northern (51): Arrested by Bedford Police at Revere’s Food & Fuel (3520 16th St) on Sept. 25 at 7:35 AM. Charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon, and Possession of a Device to Interfere with a Drug/Alcohol Screen.
Thomas Arthur Neal (26): Arrested by Bedford Police on SR 37 NB & 29th St on Sept. 26 at 10:32 PM. Charged with Possession of Marijuana/Hash Oil/Hashish/Salvia (Prior Conviction), Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (OWI) with Endangerment, and OWI.

Incident Highlights

Felony Weapons & Narcotics Arrest: BPD responded to a welfare check/unconscious subject call at Revere’s Food & Fuel on Sept. 25 at 7:35 AM, resulting in the arrest of Robert Allen Northern on charges including possession of meth, serious violent felon in possession of a firearm, and possessing a screen-interference device.
OWI & Drug Arrest: Officers initiated a traffic stop on SR 37 NB & 29th St late Saturday night (Sept. 26 at 10:32 PM), taking Thomas Arthur Neal into custody for OWI with endangerment and prior-conviction marijuana possession.
Cruelty to Animals Filing: A supplemental booking was processed for Charles Wayne Garland stemming from an animal cruelty incident at 17th St & K St involving intentional beating of an animal.
